Remove the strips from their backer.

Press the upper strip onto your top teeth, then repeat with the bottom strip.

Wait thirty minutes
Leave on for 30 minutes and avoid eating or drinking.

Remove and discard the strips, rinse away any remaining gel — and admire.

Formula
6% hydrogen peroxide whitening gel with potassium nitrate for comfort.

How long do I wear each strip?
Thirty minutes. Apply one strip to your upper teeth and one to your lower teeth, then remove, discard and rinse away any remaining gel.
When is the best time to use them?
In the evening, before bed. Brush your teeth, apply your strips for 30 minutes, then remove and rinse. Using them at night means no coffee, tea, wine or food straight after your treatment, so nothing can stain your freshly whitened teeth.
Are they suitable for sensitive teeth?
The formula is designed to be gentle on enamel and includes potassium nitrate, which is commonly used for sensitivity. If you feel irritation, stop use and speak to your dentist.
Which kit should I choose?
The 7 Day Glow is a quick refresh before an event. The 14 Day Signature is our recommended full treatment. The 21 Day Ritual is for deeper stains — and the lowest price per treatment.
Can I eat or drink while wearing them?
No. Avoid eating or drinking while the strips are on, and for best results wait 30 minutes after removing them.
