1. About us. This website, teethwhiteningstrips.co, is operated by Luna Natura Pty Ltd , trading as TWS Teeth Whitening Strips.  By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our Refund, Shipping and Privacy Policies.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order. Our products are not intended for children under 16.

3. Product use and safety. Our strips are a cosmetic product for at-home teeth whitening and contain hydrogen peroxide. Always follow the packaging instructions: wear for 30 minutes, do not eat or drink while wearing, do not swallow strips, and avoid contact with eyes and skin.

Do not use them without first talking to your dentist if you have sensitive teeth, gum disease, open cavities or recent dental work, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Results vary with your starting shade and lifestyle, and we do not guarantee a specific result. Information on this website is general only and is not medical or dental advice. If you experience sensitivity or irritation, stop use and see your dentist.

4. Prices and payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and include shipping within Australia. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect confirmed orders. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

5. Orders. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may cancel an order with a full refund if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse of a code.

6. Discount and creator codes. Codes are subject to the conditions given with them, may be limited to one use per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Complimentary creator kits are for approved creators only, and orders that misuse a code may be cancelled.

7. Creators and content. Creators who receive gifted products agree to our creator brief, including clearly disclosing gifted content. Content you tag us in may be reshared on our channels with credit. We will ask permission separately before using it in paid advertising.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this website, including the TWS name, logo, images, text and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or injury resulting from use of the products contrary to the instructions, warnings or these terms. Where our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.

10. Website use. You agree not to misuse this website or interfere with its security or operation. We may update the website at any time.

11. Privacy. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
