Shipping policy
Where we ship: within Australia only. We are unable to ship to international addresses.
Shipping cost: included in the price of every kit. There is no extra postage charge at checkout.
Processing time: orders are packed and dispatched from NSW within 3 business days , Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend and public holiday orders are processed the next business day.
Delivery times: orders are sent with Australia Post. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 4 to 7 business days
- Regional areas: 5 to 10 business days
- Remote areas: up to 14 business days
These are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods are outside our control.
Tracking: once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Address accuracy: please check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will try to fix it before dispatch.
Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email beautybybella.au@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
